Crating & Packaging

IPSI offers professional crews to be dispatched to your location to carefully load, preserve & secure your product in final preparation for domestic or international shipment. We can also receive your equipment in house at one of our facilities and perform this same service!

Container Loading & Bracing

If your shipment is traveling overseas via vessel, IPSI offers full-service sea container loading, blocking & bracing! This service is also available at your location or ours, and optimization & load planning come included!

Warehouse & Distribution

Need extra space or inventory management services? IPSI has you covered! At our 100,000 square foot warehouse located in New Hope we offer monthly storage, distribution and JIT inventory management services, complete with an online shopping cart so you can view inventory and release shipments easily and hassle free!

Reusable Crates & Packaging

Our wood shipping crates come in all shapes and sizes including; reusable option for closed-loop shipping requirements, trade show booth shipping, or returnable packaging for repeated use.

Skids & Pallets

When fully enclosed wood crates are not required to protect your cargo, IPSI can help design & manufacture custom wood shipping skids or pallets. These can range in size from lightweight simple pallets up to heavy-duty skid type bases to hold several tons of weighted product.

Corrugated Packaging

Corrugated packaging is one more option IPSI offers for flexibility for your product. Corrugated packaging comes in many sizes which has the durability to withstand shipping and great for storage. 

Cushioning Types

As part of our full-service packaging process, IPSI will integrate the required level of cushioning and preservation required to ensure safe delivery of your product to its final destination. 

Preservation Types

Additional protection may be required due to expected distribution or environmental hazards. This may include isolated decks with foam to dampen shock events, or vapor barrier bagging to mitigate potential damage risks caused by corrosion. Other supplemental materials such as custom hardware, brackets, framing & blocking, etc. are also included in your final packaging assembly if required.
