IPSI's custom built, open slat crates are perfect for your domestic or export shipment of products which do not require maximum protection during shipment. Slat crates also provide Lightweight adequate protection for your small or mid-sized product packaging requirements, provide constant view of product, lower cost alternative to full crating, can be used for domestic or export shipments. Slat crates are a cost-effective way to ship your rugged equipment overseas inside an ocean container.
IPSI knows that foreign countries require that all slat crates made of wood that are shipped from the U.S. need to be heat treated. IPSI uses ISPM 15 compliant wood on all slat crates. IPSI stamps all skids and crates with an ISPM 15 “bug stamp”. Your company will have the peace of mind knowing that your slat crate will meet all shipping standards whether domestic or international.
